I went into the store today and did not receive any help. The girl with the blonde crocheted hair did not assist me at all. This is not the first time I tried to make a purchase in this store and had to leave out because of no assistance from the floor staff.
They have a ton of merchandise however the customer service is well below standard. If you kindly ask for help finding a particular product, they seem extremely annoyed. I don’t think I can continue to support this business due to how unprofessional the staff is.
Very large selection of products and decent products, but the manager who I believe was Korean kept watching me like he thought I was going to steal. He stayed in my aisle and kept watching me every time I picked up or put down something. I felt like I was being racially profiled so it was pretty uncomfortable. The cashier was a little more friendly. Don't know if I'd come back here again since I can just order what I need from Amazon or go to a different beauty supply store.
I love coming here because it’s local and you find more products than most mainstream stores like target. But even target has better pricing. The manager didn’t want to price match an item, said he ‘doesn’t compete’ with other stores pricing. Not once did I ask him to beat pricing, just asked if he could MATCH the price. He refused, told me I could go to target and buy the product if I’d like, rather than trying to earn my business lol
Terrible service between the store manager and staff; while trying a few wigs, noticed the Asian manager constantly checking my area as of he'd had in mind I'd steal SMFH almost came off paranoid. When talking to customer, makes no eye contact, very rude. Stuff are way overpriced, a wig sold at the store for $85.99, came across the exact wig online for $23.99. People reading this review, go elsewhere!! There are other beauty supplies in the area where you'll get treated with respect, not like a criminal as I was treated without reason.
